ABC’s of Salvation
We must admit we have sinned.
A- “All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23, NIV).
Jesus died on the cross so we wouldn’t have to die. He took our place in dying, then was resurrected, and ascended to heaven where He watches over us and prays for us. All He asks us to do to receive salvation is believe on Him.
B- “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved” (Acts 16:31, NIV).
We only need to tell Jesus that we have sinned, then He will forgive us. Every sin we have ever committed can be forgiven.
C- “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins” (1 John 1:9, NIV).
Pray this prayer: “Dear Lord, I know that I am a sinner, I ask you to forgive me of all my sin. I believe you are the Son of God and I accept you now as my personal Lord and Savior and promise to follow you and serve you all the days of my life. Amen”.
Now call a Christian friend and tell them about your new found faith, begin to pray regularly, attend a Bible believing church and share the good news with others.
